There are many habits you can use in life, some are more useful than others. This is known as habit 4, thinking win-win. Seeing both sides of the situation in positive, beneficial ways. You can also be a motivator and not a receptive person. We like to call this being proactive and not reactive, get it done and don't procrastinate. Another one that we enjoy is to get your priorities straight. We refer to this as, putting first things first. All of these habits will help you accomplish more and get farther in life.

Be proactive not reactive
By Jeremy Neal
Being proactive is being positive basically. Reactive is being mad or angry. When someone is annoying you and continues on they probably want you to react in a negative matter that’s why you must be proactive in a situation like that. If you be proactive you will have won because you resisted to losing your temper and if you reacted in a negative they would have won because they want that to happen. When you look on the positive you will find you will be happier in general. If you find out your friend talked bad about behind you behind your back you should forgive them and talk about it so you can stay friends. If you reacted in a negative matter you would lose her as friend and be sad.

Our topic is putting first things first and how beatifically this action is. Lets say you have a test on Monday and it is Friday. Don't wait until last minute to get your homework done. Don't worry I still do the same mistakes but if we can just remember this simple rule, putting first things first then we can receive good grades like all A's because when you put education or sports or chores over video games . You can get good grades so easily. It is insane how powerful this trick is. If you don't believe me then go try it out . Here is an example of putting first thing first. When you do you chores like you were asked to by your mom or dad , then they will see you have taken responsibility and you matured . They will trust you when your alone at your house or at your friends house. So this is the end I just wanna say
PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST!!!
PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST!!!

Habit 4: Think Win-Win
By: Brant Jacobs
Habit #4 talks about thinking win-win in a situation. The four ways in this chapter is thinking win-win, thinking win-lose, thinking lose-win, and finally lose-lose. I enjoyed this chapter because it had a lot of details about how you can let everyone win in a situation and how people can also be in a lose-lose situation. Thinking win-win is a little hard of you don't know how to do it. In a win- win situation all you have to do is to figure out a way that everyone in a situation could win. To me any other situation like a win-lose situation is a lose in my book. So from now on you and I should start to think win-win.

All of these habits are simple but helpful. When you're stressed about work, school, family, even life, you can use these. If you're having family issues look at both sides of the situation ,and figure out how both can benefit. That's win-win. If you have a test at the end of the week study everyday until you know the material. That's being proactive and not reactive. If work is stressing you out and you're having problems with your friends. Think about what matters more and focus on that. That's putting first things first. All of these are simple but effective. Use them.
